Education : ITI/ DME/ BE Mechanical
Experience : 3 – 10 years
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Piping modeling and detailing in Cadworks plant.
Strong knowledge of supports.
Detailing of supports, Support Design using Cadworx.
Knowledge of spec generation.
Should have knowledge in developing piping layouts and Preparation / review
of pipe support, material take off, valve list, and specialty piping items
datasheets.
Support quantification.
Checking and resolving of clashes in model.
Checking of Equipment/Piping GA, Isometric, Support drawings.
Checking of Vendor drawings and Structural GA's.
Co-ordination with process discipline for various changes in P & ID process.
Co-ordination with Stress peoples for stress critical lines and support design
with loads.
Daily report submission.
