Job Description :

• • We are looking to hire a skilled PLC programmer to design and install controller system software. You will be
    analysing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system
    efficiency, and PLC Programming for robotic application also providing operational support.To ensure success as a PLC programmer, you should have excellent knowledge of machine mechanics, a logical
    approach, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A skilled PLC programmer should be able to easily
    identify and design a robust program fit for any mechanical or electrical purpose.
  • Knowledge and Skills required:-
    Programming of PLC, SCADA, HMI & DCS systems as per process requirement.
    Hands on experience in Programming, Designing & selection of Siemens / Mitsubishi / Delta PLCs & HMI
    Programming of safety PLCs / safety relays
    Candidate must have worked on Robotic Projects.
    PLC Programming for robotic application
    Knowledge of Electrical Drawings, PLC Programming, Electrical Panel Design + Wiring and Robot Programming.
    Implementation of Industry 4.0 / IOT features on the machines
    Prepare all documentation related to the PLC & HMI program
    Experiencing in integrating other automation devices such as servos, VFDs, RFID readers, vision systems, etc.
    Must have Experience with interfacing of PLCs with robots
    Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
    Proficiency in CAD and Auto CAD software.
    Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.
    Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
    In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.
    Good oral and written communication skills.
    Good organizational and time management skills.
    Electrical and mechanical engineering experience preferred.
    Modification in electrical panel and PLC programs for to improve productivity & reduce cycle time.
    Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software and coding languages.

• Qualification : Degree in Electrical / Electronics/ ENTC Engineering
